The golf course, which is not owned by the association, has a voluntary membership social purpose and/or golf course usage. The nation's southernmost community at the south point of Hawaii covering 1,300 acres of tropical ranchland. First phase of the development of the low-density retreat features 818 fee simple, fully improved estate lots covering 575 acres.
